What to do if you change or lose a mobile device paired to your account.

❌ Unpair a Device
Unpairing a device from Kubity removes all data synced to Kubity Go on that device.  

To unpair your mobile device: 

  1. Go to kubity.com and click the 'Login' button in the upper right. Or click here.  

  2. From the 'Pairing' tab, click 'Pair a new device', then confirm. 

  3. Your old device will be unpaired from the account

🔗 Pair a New Device

  1. Download Kubity Go on your phone or tablet. 

  2. If you haven't already, login to your account and click the 'Pairing' tab. 

  3. Launch Kubity Go and the scan screen up to the QR code shown in your account.
